7 Ways to beat the heat in this summer


(1) Don’t wear hot soaking and too tight stuff: Try to avoid wearing dark color as Patrick Reilly's answer explains the concept of heat radiation. "Black objects absorb more visible light, and radiate infrared than white objects".

 (2) Play with your cards: Try to avoid going outside and play with your custom playing cards.

(3) Drink enough water: Because in summer your body loses more water through sweat or due to exercise.

 (4)Sleep as more as you can: skip all our outside plans and try to have a good sleep under your air conditioner.

 (5) Eat spicy food: Spicy foods help you to keep cool from inside as hot chile peppers and spices make you sweat which in turns make you cool down faster.

(6) Make some refreshing drinks: There are millions of sites around the internet from where you can learn some great refreshing drinks like classic lemonade, cranberry –basil spritzer etc.

 (7) Say yes to closed –toed shoes: Because it makes excessive sweat from inside, which in turns makes little cooler from outside.
